André Godbout has over 28 years of experience in mining operations, in exploration and in project development, both in Canada and abroad. He has worked for Soquem, Mines Seleine Inc., MSV Resources Inc., Pan American Silver Corp., Agnico-Mines Ltd., Louvem Mines Inc., Gaspé Mine, Noranda Mines as well as several other companies.


Aline Leclerc is a geologist since 1974. She holds a Bachelor of Earth Sciences from University of Quebec in Montreal. She supplies consulting services in mining exploration and in mining exploration project management since 1995. From 1974 to 1995, she has worked for various companies and governmental organisms within the framework of exploration projects. She sat on the Board of Directors of Soquem from 1996 to 2000.


.André Gauthier holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and has completed the required Masters courses in Project Management from University of Quebec in Montreal. From 1994 to 1996 he held the post of vice-president of Q.E.X. Resources Inc., a company that was listed at the Montreal Stock exchange and the post of secretary-treasurer of Abior Exploration Inc. (which became Exploration Diabior Inc., merged nowadays with Virginia Gold Mines Inc.) from 1984 to 1992. André Gauthier is president and administrator of Mistassini Mineral Resources Inc.., a public mining company and was secretary-treasurer of Prêt à porter Subito Presto Inc., a closed company that works in the manufacturing sector of medium to high-end clothing, from February 1999 to September 2003.


Jean Lavallée is a mining engineer and geologist. Jean Lavallée was active as a geological engineer or as manager of exploration and mining within Canada and abroad without interruption for more than 40 years for several mining companies including Louvicourt Goldfield Corporation, Sullivan Consolidated Goldmines, Anacon Lead and Zinc Mines, East Sullivan Mines, American Molybdenite, Mines Huaron (Peru), Société étatique d’exploration Sonarem (Algeria), Marietta Resources. Later on, he acted as a consultant for several mining companies and organisms such as Soquem, James Bay Development Society, Sullivan Consolidated, Richmond Mines Inc., Louvem Mines Inc. and the Quebec Securities Commission. Jean Lavallée has been interested in the Sakami property since 1998 and closely follows the work that is being done.


Paul-A. Girard obtained a Communications degree from University of Montreal in 1975 and a degree in Industrial Relations from University of Quebec in 1981. He is the president of Northern Mining Explorations Ltd. since 1995. From September 1992 to 1994, he acted as vice-president of business relations for Gestion Corpomin Inc. At that position, he was in charge of internal ands external relations regarding mining companies. From 1985 to 1990, he was financial editor, in charge of mining and forestry sectors for Les Affaires newspaper.


Dominique Moreau obtained a Business Administration degree (finance) and took part in continued professional training offered by both the Order of Chartered Accountants and the Order of Certified General Accountants of Quebec. From January 1999 to December 2001, she practised as Chief of financial services for Thibault, Messier, Savard and Associates, a closed company in the real-estate business. She occupied the position of Director of accounting services for MSV Resources Inc. from April 1994 to March 1996. Previously, she worked for 20 years in the accounts verification sector.
