Resignation of a Director

 Montreal, November 7, 2014- Matamec Explorations Inc. ("Matamec" or the "Company" TSX-V: MAT) regrets to announce the resignation of Mrs. Aline Leclerc from the Board of Directors of the Company and VP Exploration.
